Return and Refund Policy

We at Bacahui, LLC and Bacahui.com (hereinafter "Bacahui," "we," "us," or "our") want you to be satisfied with your candy box, snack box, chips, etc., purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully.

 

RETURNS

  • Eligibility: We proudly offer a 10-day return policy on all items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We accept returns for unused and unopened candy boxes.
  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bacahui.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: We want to make this process as hassle-free as possible. Once you contact us to initiate a return, we will provide you with instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time for the refund to be officially released. If the refund is not visible, contact your bank or credit card company.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective candy box, please contact us immediately at info@bacahui.com.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
